I have been working graveyard shift for 12 years now and I never have quality "day" sleep. I wake up with very little stimulation so the maximum hour of sleep I get is 4-5 hours a day. I'm in good health and good shape but have had slightly elevated blood pressure for several years (about 150/90). I've had been on Norvasc and Benicar and they have brought my blood pressure down to high 130's over high 80's with these drugs .Yesterday, I had stayed over my mother's house and forgot to bring my medications. I was concerned but read that goji and red ginseng lower blood pressure, so I took EDN before going to bed (I find it doesn't interfere with my ability to fall asleep). In the morning, I took an ounce of EDN and took my blood pressure. I was surprised to notice it was lowered to slightly lower numbers than I achieved with both of the above prescription drugs--about 137/85. Interestingly, those numbers held without any prescription medications until I got home in the afternoon when I tried my blood pressure again .I then took another ounce of EDN and tried my blood pressure a half hour later. I was surprised to notice that it was 132/82. I only got it down to that level infrequently using the above prescription drugs. I really hate taking prescription drugs because of the potential side effects. I will be discussing the possibility of using EDN instead of prescription drugs with my doctor......Mark B.

I'm 23 years old and I don't like to take pills and I like most my age I do not eat right so I was anxious to try the new Essential Daily Nutrients. I love the juice! It makes me feel peppy. I now take my shot of Hight 5 instead of my Mountain Dew in the morning.I ran out the other day and I really notice a difference if I don't take it. I'm recommending it to all my friends.
